Hi, I want to replace the RCA Cables on my 1200's since I have them apart,

I have a set of these , http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000N7HT4K/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i01 and also some monster cables, are these any good to use? If not do you have any other suggestions. Thanks

I was thinking of the Hosa Beatport or there Pro Stereo
How do I find out the what has the lowest Capacitance?

Is the RCA I posted in the first link any good?

I'd go with some standard Hosa cables with gold connectors.... they're cheap and simple.

I went with these, http://www.hosatech.com/product/437651/HRR-010X2/_/Pro_Stereo_Interconnect%2C_Dual_REAN_RCA_to_Same%2 C_10_ft

I got it for $20.00 ten foot ill do both tables, I called Hosa and they said the only difference between the Pro Stereo and the Beatport was color.

Are these a good choice?

What is a good Length to make them?

Cables are cables, the ones you linked look like they're decently constructed, so they should be fine. Make the cable length the same as the OEM cables or shorter. Remember that they're passing a very faint signal (-42dB, IIRC), so long cable runs will introduce extra interference and noise.

It's somewhere between 48 and 54 inches, though I don't recall the exact length.

Don't get to thick cables.

I just fixed a friend who went with thick monster cables and who Webber did them didn't put the cable lock back on and they ripped right off the board.

Had to buy a new board and rcas.

I just got standard nice quality cords from the 99 cent mom and pop store got $3.99 they are 6 ft cutin half to 3ft clear , blue & red.

I also put the cable lock back on.

you may as well internally ground them too while you have it apart.

I have the beatport ones and they work great. 10 footer cut in half
